WS_FTP - Cannot use WS_FTP Pro after my upgrade to XP SP2

Question/Problem: I am no longer able to use WS_FTP Pro after my upgrade to XP Service Pack 2.

Answer/Solution: The firewall is blocking incoming network connections to all programs except those included in the exception list. You need to add WS_FTP to the exception list to be able to use port mode.

To add WS_FTP Pro to the exception list, go to:
Control Panel | Security Center | Windows Firewall
and under the "Exceptions" tab, you can use the "Add Program" button to add WS_FTP.
