WS_FTP - Retrieve of directory listing failed, PORT command

Question/Problem: Here is my log file when I get the 'Retrieve of directory listing failed' error message. What can I do to fix this?

Answer/Solution: If the ftp server issues the 'Illegal PORT command', the error can be eliminated by enabling the 'Passive Transfers' in the Options > Session tab > "Use Passive Transfer Mode" .

You can also increase the time-out settings from 60 to 120. Toggle the "Set as Default" after modifying theses setting.

Another method is in Session Properties > Advanced tab > Passive transfers
Don't forget the save by clicking the Apply button!
