WS_FTP - Receive error: blocking call canceled

Question/Problem: I receive a message "Receive error: Blocking call canceled." What should I do?

Answer/Solution: If you find that Passive Transfers is enabled, you should disable it and if it is disabled, you should enable it.

Starting in version 7.5, the Passive mode option can be found by clicking once on your site profile within the "Connect to remote host" window, then click Edit | Advanced to the right. You can also increase the Network Timeout setting to 120.
