Premium Anti-Spam - Too many False Positives

Question/Problem: We recently noticed that the Premium Anti-Spam filter has started incorrectly identifying alot of messages as SPAM.  We've sent the messages to falsespam@ipswitch.com, but they continue to get flagged.  How can we resolve this issue?

Answer/Solution: 
We recently discovered an issue in the older StarEngine service that is included in the following products:

Ipswitch Collaboration Suite, Premium - Version 2.0x
Ipswitch Collaboration Suite, ISP/EDU - Version 2.0x
Ipswitch Collaboration Suite, Premium - Version 2006 - 2006.04
IMail Secure Server - Version 2006 - 2006.04

This problem is corrected in Ipswitch Collaboration Suite, Premium 2006.1 and IMail Secure Server 2006.1.  If you are receiving messages incorrectly tagged in these versions please forward the messages to falsespam@ipswitch.com for review.  DO NOT PERFORM THE STEPS LISTED BELOW IF RUNNING 2006.1 OR LATER.

If you're unable to install the 2006.1 upgrade at this time, download StarEngRetro.zip and follow the steps listed in the included ReadMe.txt
