IMail - Spaces in the Spool Dir path breaks Program Aliases on Windows 2003

Question/Problem: I installed IMail 8.2x on Windows 2003. Now, my Program Aliases, such as imailsrv, are not working.

Answer/Solution: This can be caused by a space in the Spool Directory Path. To confirm this, open IMail Administrator and select localhost. In the field named Spool Dir, change the path a location that does not contain spaces, such as c:\imail\spool.

By default the path will be:
'C:\Program Files\Ipswitch\Collaboration Suite\IMail\spool'
and chould be changed to:
'C:\IMail\spool'

After making this change restart the SMTP and Queue Manager services.
