Question/Problem: When I attempt to compose a new message in Web Messaging, the web page doesn't load right. Links are in the wrong location or are missing and some of the page doesn't appear at all. But, if I sign into another user's account from the same computer, everything loads just fine. Answer/Solution: This can be caused by a double quote ( " ) in the user's signature. Check 'signature.txt' in the user's mailbox directory and remove any double quotes you find. Other HTML characters, such as semicolons ( ; ) can also cause these symptoms. |
