Answer/Solution: To verify that your computer is configured to use a DHCP supplied IP Address, go to a Command Prompt. Type in "ipconfig/all" and press enter. If you see this line: DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : Yes then your computer is configured to use a DHCP IP Address. WS_FTP Server must be installed on a Static IP Address.
