Answer/Solution: All Ipswitch products come with a limited time warranty, which includes technical support. Check your software for specific warranty information as each product has different terms.

After your warranty period ends, you can continue to get all updates and technical support with your Service Agreement. If you don't have a Service agreement, you can purchase one up until the end of the warranty period.
