Question/Problem: If I purchase online will media and documentation be shipped out to me?

Answer/Solution: During the order process there is an opportunity to purchase a back-up cd for $14.95 plus shipping. Back-up CD's do not include printed documentation.

Note: Back-up CD's are not available for service agreement or crossgrade purchases.
